The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Main Street in Ballater. It is incredibly convenient for hiking and visiting Balmoral castle. the flat itself exceeded my expectations in terms of size, with a spacious kitchen, comfortable sitting area, and two generously sized bedrooms. Perfect for a family of four. The property is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. the excellent heating kept us warm during the chilly evenings, and the sitting area was a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. One minor issue we encountered was with the washing machine, which seemed a bit temperamental. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. the lack of cookware and kitchen utensils was a bit disappointing, but we made do with what was available. Overall, this hotel offers a good balance of cost and luxury. Despite a few minor hiccups, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a charming town like Ballater.
